Hi team,
At some point, I had to edit a user submission, but I can't seem to be able to restart the approval process.
Can you guide me on how to do that?

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for reaching out. I see that you have already enabled Restart Approval Flow on Submission Edit. You can now edit the submissions, then submit them to restart the approval flow in your form inbox. Let me walk you through it:
You can review, edit, and approve/deny all submissions by going to your Jotform Inbox. To get to your Inbox, click on the downward arrow icon in the upper-left corner and click on Inbox.
- First, select the submission you would want to edit, and click on the Three Dots icon in the upper right corner of the page.
- Second, select Edit to edit the submission.
- After editing the submission, scroll down to the bottom of the form and press Submit.
- After pressing Submit, the workflow will restart and the submission can be approved/denied. Type in a comment, and then click on Approve or Deny.
You can also edit the submission using the below URL as well:
https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}
The ID will be automatically replaced by the submission ID. You can use the URL in the emails or in any step of approval flow to easily edit the submission.
