Hello. I contacted stripe regarding this issue and they directed me to Jotform stating it’s an integration issue.
When I connected jotform with stripe through the jotform platform, it created a separate account with stripe and its simply labeled “Starlink Ready.” It isn’t until I click on it that I can see it is my jotform integration. This becomes confusing when I’m trying to easily identify accounts in stripe. I also have a kickserv integration that is also labeled as Starlink Ready. I need to be able to label these differently. How can this be done please?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For us to have a better idea of what is going on, can you please share with us the Form URL where you encountered the issue? Also, based on the screenshot you've shared, you're using a Jotform App. Can you please confirm if the issue only persist when you're trying to integrate your form to Stripe Integration using a Jotform App?
