Unable to submit form after the signature.

I does not allow the user to submit the form. I can't find where the mistake is being made. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the form does not have a submit button. Let me show you how to fix it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element on the upper-left corner.

2. Under Basic element, scroll down and look for Submit.

3. Drag and drop the Submit element into the end of your form. That's it.
