I am trying to link a form to google sheets. I have been able to do this with past forms but for this one I get this error message:
{ "error": { "code": 403, "message": "Request had insufficient authentication scopes.", "status": "PERMISSION_DENIED", "details": [ { "@type": "type.googleapis.com/google.rpc.ErrorInfo", "reason": "ACCESS_TOKEN_SCOPE_INSUFFICIENT", "domain": "googleapis.com", "metadata": { "service": "sheets.googleapis.com", "method": "google.apps.sheets.v4.SpreadsheetsService.CreateSpreadsheet" } } ] } }
Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Corey,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form but didn't see the Google Sheet Integration connected yet. May I know at which step do you get that error? Did you test it in incognito mode or try clearing your browser cache and cookies, which should solve the issue? If you can reproduce that error on another browser or device, could you please send us a screen recording of what you get? You can then upload it to any online storage service like Google Drive, YouTube, or Box, or use loom.com to record it, then share the video link here in this support ticket.
Once we hear back from you, we will help you with this.

Hi Corey,
I cloned your form and could connect the Google Sheet integration:
Before connecting the Google Sheet integration, could you please log into your Google Sheet account on another Tab using the same browser? Have you tried it with another Google account or with another browser? I have cleaned your form cache, which can help us to fix it. You can also clean your form cache anytime you want using this guide.
Give it a try, and let us know if you have any questions.

I have tried a couple of different browsers now and that did not help. I logged into my google account with the same browser as Jotform and tried it again. I got the same error message as seen in the screenshot I sent.

Hi Corey,
When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results: Error 403 typically occurs due to privacy settings in the Google Sheets folder you’re trying to access or issues with the account you’re using to log in. One alternative solution is to try integrating a different Google account.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
