Hi Mel,
You can manually push the submissions to the Constant Contact integration by setting up an action button in the Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click Add to add a column for the action button.
- In the Add a New Column window, choose Buttons at the top.
- Select Send Data to Other Apps from the options, then click on Next in the lower-right corner.
- Enter a Column Name and click on Next.
- Now, select Constant Contact and click Create Column.
You should now be able to send email once again for each entry by clicking the Send Data button.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

To force last night's JotForm submissions to populate your Constant Contact list you can try the following steps:
1. Check Integration Settings: Ensure that your JotForm is properly integrated with Constant Contact. Go to the JotForm integration settings and confirm that the integration is active.
2. Re-run Integration: If you have a specific integration set up (like Zapier), check if there’s an option to re-run or refresh the data for past submissions. This might allow you to push previous entries into Constant Contact.
3. Export and Import:
- Export the submission data from JotForm as a CSV file.
- Log in to your Constant Contact account and use their import feature to add contacts from the CSV file.
4. API Method: If you're familiar with programming, you can use JotForm's API to fetch submissions and then use Constant Contact's API to add those contacts programmatically.
5. Contact Support: If none of these options work, consider reaching out to JotForm or Constant Contact support for assistance with syncing past submissions.
This should help you avoid manually copying fields!
