Hi Anupam,
I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Hi Anupam,
Yes, that is possible using the Get Page URL page widget, adding the Show and Hide field condtion and the edit submission must be done from your Email Notification.
First, let's setup on how you can add a Get Page Form URL Widget to your form. Let me show you how:
- While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widget tab, search the Get Page Form URL Widget.
- Now, just grad and drop it to your form
Now, let's set up the conditions:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
- Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
- Set the conditions like you see below:
Next, let's setup the email notification where you will edit the submission:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover your mouse over your Email Notification and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.
- Click on the Email Content window, then click on Form Fields, and select Edit Link.
- Customize the Edit Link the way you want, and when you're finished, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content window.
After submitting the form, you will get an email like as show below:
