How can I see the date and time when an approval on a form was done? In order to track how long approvals take after submissions was done.

Hello WilliamJansevanRensburg,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can view the approval date and time of a submission by going to your Submission Inbox. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon.
2. Select Inbox from the dropdown.
3. On the left side of the page, click on the submission you want to check approval times for.
4. Scroll down, and from the right part of your screen, hover over the date next to the approval.
Please check this Jotform Inbox Help Guide for more information.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Lara
Thank you very much.
Our challenge is that we want to determine how long approvals are taking per person. So, we want it for a bulk of data (All our submissions on a particular form).
Is there a way to extract/export this data?

Hello WilliamJansevanRensburg,
Currently, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll return to this support ticket and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Hi Lara
Thank you very much. Really appreciate it.
A nice to have, would also be to be able to see the name of the person who approved each request.

Hello WilliamJansevanRensburg,
Please note that your request is possible by downloading your submissions in PDF. But before downloading your submissions in PDF format, make sure that you have added the Flow Activity History in the PDF on your PDF editor. Let me show you how it's done:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon at the top-left side of the page and select PDF Editor.
2. In the PDF Editor, click on the Add Element menu on the left.
3. Under the Basic Element, click on Flow Activity History, then it will automatically be added on PDF.
Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Once you've set up the Flow Activity History in the form, you can now start downloading the form submissions from the PDF editor.
1. In PDF Editor, click on the Download button at the top-right side of the page.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Download PDF or Download All. That's it.
The Download PDF button will only download the PDF you are currently viewing in the PDF Editor. If you use the Download All button, it will email you a zip file containing all submissions in PDF format. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my examples:
Example of how it looks when you open the document downloaded via the Download PDF button:
Example of how it appears in the email when you click on the Download All button:
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
