Hi,
I am having the exact same problem as per this thread:

We have spoken to Loom's support team and followed all their instructions including clearing the cache but that hasn't solved the issue. Here is our form that it is not working for:
https://www.jotform.com/build/242401674162854We have obviously entered the API key into the widget. It gives us a message: "Cannot connect to Loom".

Hi erin152,
I have cloned your form to see if I could replicate the issue, but I saw that you have removed the Loom Screen Recorder widget from your form. So in order to test it, I have added it back again and connected without an issue. You can see my screencast below:
Can you check your API Key again and be sure that you are using the correct one? Can you also add it back and set it up again? Also, can you try in another device to see how it goes? I have also cleared your form caches just in case.
As soon as we hear back from you, we will have a better idea of what's going on and how to help.
