Getting order ID is missing error when making a payment

    Hi, not sure why the "ID error" is showing up on the jot form that i created. here is the link https://form.jotform.com/242597641149162

    Hi teammemphis0, 

    When I cloned and tested your Donation Form with my PayPal Business's test account, using the credit card field. I was able to submit the form. Let me share the screencast below:

You can also share with us the screencast using Loom or any other screen recording software? You can share the link here, and we will be able to check it out. For the Google Chrome Browser, here are the steps:

    1. Right click and Select Inspect option when you make pay a payment.
    2. Choose Console option from the right side of the right side of the side window.

    If the issue persists, can we run the test on your live form, but you will need to set your form to the Test mode then only we can run the test to see if we can replicate an issue?

    Could you do a test on the live site? here is the link. Just click on "make a donation" and the other form is "reoccuring donation"

    Unfortunately, we cant do a test submission in your form since you set your payment integration in Live mode. To do this, you need to set it to Test mode and reconnect again. Check out the screenshot below:

    Hi teammemphis0,

    I checked both forms, and they're still on Live Mode. We can't proceed testing the embedded form as you requested, unless it's on Test Mode already. Let me show you how to switch it to Test Mode:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the payment field, and click on the wand icon.
    2. Click on the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
    3. Select Test Mode from the Mode dropdown, and connect it to your PayPal account if needed.
    4. Click on Save.

    Once done, just get back to us on this thread, so we can proceed testing the embedded form.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with this.

    Hi teammemphis0, 

    When I checked out your Donation Form and the Recurring Donation Form , I found they are both connected to the live mode. We can't run the test on your forms while your forms are connected in the live mode. You will need to change it to the Test mode. Once your forms are on the test mode, then only we will be able to send the test submissions.

    Follow the instruction provided my colleague Eliza and let us know once your forms are connected in the test mode.

    Okay the reoccuring donation from is in test mode now, the donation form wont go to test mode because it says this error and doesnt send a confirmation email. But maybe try email donation from first because its in test mode https://teammemphis.showitpreview.com/donate#/

    Hi teammemphis0, 

    I've checked all the forms in the link you've provided, but all of it are set to live. Please make sure that when you change the mode from Live to Test, save it and refresh the page, then look at it again to see if it saved the changes.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
