Can I disconnect this Jotform account from my Google account?? I never should have used the Gmail address because customers are not recognizing it when the auto response goes out.

Hi newhch2016,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To disconnect your account from your Google Account, you must update your account's email address. Though, this wouldn't be related to the Autoresponder Email your user's are receiving. When I checked a few of your forms, I see that the reply-to email is set as paul@hypnotherapytraining.com. Are you trying to change this? If so, we can do that in form builder. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings and Emails.
- Next, click on the Pen icon over your Autoresponder Email.
- Next, update the Reply-to Email field and click Save.
