In our form "STANDARD RENTAL APPLICATION", all of a sudden, people are unable to type their card details in the PayPal section of the form (near the end of the form). It allows them to type their names, but not their card details. This was never an issue before, but it is happening now.
NOTE: This only seems to affect mobile users. We've seen this issue occur on both Google Chrome and Safari. However, upon testing with the desktop version of Safari, the form works as it should.
NOTE: This issue started occurring last week, for context.

Hi Mary,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the form on Google Chrome browser without submitting but could not replicate the issue the card details can be typed in with no issue.
I have cleared the form cache to clear any error on the form. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
If the issue still persists, please try clearing your Google Chrome browser cache.
Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.
