Why is the account suspended?

    Can you please reactivate my account? I have a few forms on my sites and clients' sites - all legitimate websites and businesses that I work closely with. Please let me know what you need from me to lift the suspension.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked the email address that you are using to contact us, I saw that it is tied to a guest account, which is a temporary Jotform account. If you are referring to a different account, please provide us with the email address tied to the account that was suspended, so we can investigate it.

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
