Monthly submission limits questions

    Hi Team,

    Few queries please.

1- If I upgrade to Silver or Gold plan (monthly) on say 25th of the month , how will my quota limits be set? Because I learnt that your quota limits are set every month. Will I get 100% quota on the 25th? ( which will be date of payment )

2- Suppose I opt for Silver plan and get 9000 submissions, and if I delete them all, can it help me get my available quota back to 10,000?

3-If I opt for Silver plan and my quota gets almost full, and I pay to upgrade my plan to Gold, within how much time can I expect the new plan / limits to reflect?

    Best,

    Hi marshalbajaj,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you upgrade your plan from Starter to Silver for example, your monthly quota will just increase and it will not reset. The monthly quota reset period still continues until you reach your current monthly limit. Reaching the Upload Space or any of the monthly limits prompts the system to disable your forms on the scheduled date indicated in the email sent to you. Your forms will also display the “Form over quota” message.

Deleting submissions does not restore or reset your submission quota. The submission quota (e.g., 10,000 submissions for the Gold plan) includes all forms submitted within one month. Deleting and purging forms has no effect on the monthly submission quota limit. Submissions count toward the monthly quota regardless of whether they are deleted later.

When you upgrade from one plan to another, such as Silver to Gold, the new limits usually take effect immediately or within a few minutes to an hour. Your submission, form, and storage limits should be adjusted as soon as the payment is processed, and the new plan limits will be reflected in your account.
