Dear Jotform,
The employee who was our contact for our Jotform is no longer with us and when she left she did not leave the password. How can I change the contact email without access to her email - her email license was recently eliminated.
Thank you.

Hi Eve,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can we ask for username or email address of the account so we can further check? If you're referring to a paid subscription, can you verify the following information:
- Name on the account
- Transaction Date
- Last 4 digits of the card
- Expiration date
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Rhina,
The name on the account is Julie Proctor - jproctor@4spe.org. [The SPE Foundation]
It is a free account because we only have one form.
Thank you,
Eve

Hi Eve,
I checked the email and there is an active account with that email address. We recommend reaching out to your domain provider of 4spe.org and ask them to retrieve the account for jproctor@4spe.org. Once you have access to the email, you can reset the password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.
