Assigned Forms through Zapier asking users to create a Jotform account first

We are trying to have our customers fill out a prefilled form using Zapier's action assign form. However, it is requiring them to create an account to view the prefilled form. We need them to just view, sign and submit.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is a requirement for other users to have a Jotform account to be able to access a form assigned to them. If you only require those users to view, sign, and submit the form, you can just directly share the form's prefill link, so the intended users can complete it. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select Publish from the orange navigation bar.
2. Go to Prefill and select the type of prefill you created. For this example, I used Manual Prefill.
3. On the prefill tabs, click on the vertical ellipsis on its right.
4. Select Copy URL from the list.
   

From there, you can share the link to users, either by email, or by any other means that a website link is accessible.
