Transfer account's ownership

My name is Kenneth Spranger (kspranger@sd308.org) and I was the AP at Traughber Junior High. I am no longer working at that school and I would like my account transferred to Deanna Taylor (dtaylor@sd308.org) For now she is using my log in to continue to access our Jotforms, but transfer of ownership is crucial.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can change the account's email address to the new owner. Let me show you how to change it:

1. Click on your avatar.
2. Then, click on Settings.
3. In the Account settings, look for the Email then click Edit.
4. Add the new email address and click Save.

Once you click on Save, you will receive an email verification. Just click on the Verify now.

Another option is to transfer the forms and the subscription to the new owner. If you wish to proceed on this, just reply to this thread and we will transfer it as soon as possible.
