Our customers are getting errors when trying to pay for a registration with their credit cards. It's happening to multiple customers. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for this. Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Also, if you could send a screenshot of the errors and send it to us, we can check it out and see what’s going on. We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
