Account Suspended: Offering Fake service

My account was suspended, and I don't know why. I would like to have it reinstated. Please advise.

Hi Donna,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because it was flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

I’ve deleted the offending forms and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate one.
