    Hi wvpti,

Removing the Debit Card option is easy. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the My Products field, and click on the wand icon to open Payment Settings.
    2. Disable or toggle off Show "Debit or Credit Card".
    3. To save the changes, you need to connect your form to PayPal first by clicking on the Connect button at the top.
    4. On the new window that opens, log in to your PayPal account. Once connected, click on Continue at the bottom-right.

    Hello Eliza,

Thank you for clarifying. Unfortunately this solution doesn't quite fix the problem. We want to keep the debit card option when viewers click the Radio button to PayPal, but we want the Debit Card Radio button to be removed. Is this possible? See image below

    Hi wvpti,

Unfortunately, the feature that you are looking for is not possible yet. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
