    we will also want a report about the cumulative results and answers for each customer after the meeting for follow-up.

    Hello Averitt Marketing,

    We've made a small guide explaining the main aspects of Jotform Reports that you might find helpful. Let me walk you through the 2 ways to do it:

    1. Use your My Forms page to create your report:

    a. On your My Forms page, select your form and click on the More button.

    b. In the menu that comes up, click on Create Report.

    c. Then, click on Visual Report Builder and select a Report Type.

    d. Now, click on Create and you’ll be able to see your report.

    2. Use your My Reports page to create your report:

    a. On your My Reports page, click on Create Report.

    b. Now, click on Visual Report Builder.

    c. Then, click on Select A Form to select your form.

    d. Select a Report Type and click on Create, and that’s it.

    Please note that you can also change the Chart Type, Color Palette, and Style of your report and add a Table Grid or Legend to your report. Let me show you how:

    1. Change the Chart Type.

    a. Open your report in Report Builder and select your chart.

    b. Click on the Gear icon on the top-right side of your chart.

    c. In the menu that comes up, you can select any of the Chart Types.

    2. Change the Color Palette.

    a. In Report Builder, select your chart and click on the Gear icon.

    b. In the menu that comes up, click on the Data tab and choose the Color Palette option.

    c. Now, you can choose or add any Color Palette.

    3. Make some Style changes.

    a. In Report Builder, select your chart and click on the Gear icon.

    b. In the menu that comes up, select the Styles tab.

    c. Now, you can change the header, and the font family, font size, and font colors. You can also change the background color of the page.

    4. Change the whole style of the report.

    a. In Report Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the screen.

    b. In the menu that comes up, you can change the Dimensions and add some Page Transitions to your report. You can also make some style changes for your whole report as well.

    5. Add a Table Grid or Legend to Your Chart.

    a. In Report Builder, select your chart and click on the Gear icon.

    b. In the menu that comes up, toggle on the Legend or Table Grid option. You can’t enable them at the same time. You’ll need to select one.

    c. Then, in the option that comes up after toggling on one of the options, you can select a position for it.
