Hi hopedearman,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Usually, if we remove the Square Integration and then integrate it again, that gets things working again. Let me show you how to do it:
- Open your form in Form Builder, then click on the Product List field.
- Click on the Wand icon on the field, and click on Settings in the menu that opens up.
- Now, click on the green Connected button and select Disconnect.
- Then, click on Connect and connect the Integration again.
- Click on Continue, and that's it.
If you continue to have the same problem, be sure to check your Square account to make sure that everything is set up right.
