Form Stuck At Please Wait...

    I can not get payments to process on my jotform, have tried everything don’t know what I am doing wrong please help

    Hi Charlette,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that your form is properly connected to Square integration. Can you provide more details about what happens when a user tries to pay via your form? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    So when customer puts in credit card information and hits submit it just sits there and says please wait and then payments aren’t going thru I have like 4 pending payments in my jotform that were not processed due to this happening

    the screen never leaves off of please wait after u enter credit card number

    Hi Charlette,

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I can see that the payment settings is also not set to "Authorization Only":

    Can you confirm if the "Authorization Only" option was not previously set as On? I have cleared your form caches as a precaution, test it again after clearing your browser cache. Also test it on a different browser or a device. If the issue persists, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Authorization only has been off and now it won’t even let me put in credit card information to try it I am unsure what is going on but I can not get it to work on my end at allForm Stuck At Please Wait Screenshot 20

    Hi Charlette,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you try deleting the Payment Integration from your form and add it back to refresh its configuration? Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Payment Integration field to select.

    2. On the right side of the selected Payment Integration field, click on the Trash icon.

    3. On the left side of the screen, click on Add Element.

    4. On the left panel, go to Payments.

    5. Click/Drag to add Square into the form.

    6. On the right panel, click on Connect and connect your Square account.

    7. Click on Continue.
