Transfer Form Request

    I need this form - from columbiawarriors11@gmail.com

    migrated to the paid account

    byrdwayne9@gmail.com

    i need the other form migrated as well. As it stands, I am unable to connect my Stripe gateway and therefore can’t update the forms as needed on the paid account. This is also a defect which needs to be addressed

    Hi columbiawarriors11,

    Per your request, I've successfully moved the form to the account associated with byrdwayne9@gmail.com. Keep in mind that if you're using a Custom URL, the new form owner needs to regenerate one, as it's still linked to the previous owner's username.

    This still did not solve the problem. The form no longer has labels for credit card number - it doesn’t look like it is connecting to Stripe properly -


    only other solution is to make the other account a paid one - that one has the working form
