Hello again,
there have been some cases where when they try to Save , it says please wait for a long time and nothing is happening.
is there a fix?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to save the submission as draft. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you try again and see how it goes? Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this. If you're using a mobile browser or the Jotform Mobile app, close and reopen it, and then test the form again. I've cleared your Form Caches to refresh the data. If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

thanks again, it works fine for me as well, in one case they saved the form in their PC and after they deleted it it worked fine.
