Error When Trying to Attach Images to the Form

We have been subscribing to your Silver plan for approximately four years, primarily to obtain reports from our showrooms. As part of our setup, we enforce internet restrictions, allowing staff to access only an approved list of websites.

However, every few weeks, our staff encounters issues when trying to attach images to forms or during submission. It appears that this may be due to changes on your servers, possibly related to the links or infrastructure.

We would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide a reliable solution, as it disrupts our operations. We look forward to your prompt assistance.

    Hi fc.na20,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This error could be emerged due to various reasons such as browser related issues, authentication failure, or interrupted connection when trying to access the servers. Can you confirm that you're not using a VPN? If you're using one, can you go ahead and disable it, then try again? Also, please try to Clear your Browser Caches and Cookies.

If the issue persists, please share a screenshot or of the issue? We have a guide here on how to do that. You can also share a video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Lastly, can you send us the console log of your browser when you're trying to attach images? If you don't know how to do that, we have a guide on How to Get a Console Log Report. The requested information above will help us to investigate the issue and provide you with a better and a more accurate solution.

When we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
