How can I use form to add food menu, price, and calories?

I've created a WordPress website on the detailed information of price and calories of Waffle House Menu that is an American restaurant chain. I want to use a form at the start of website where I could add the price and calories of all menus. Is it possible? If possible then which form is suitable for it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to create a food menu for a restaurant. You can create a form from scratch, or use a Template form for that. Let me show you how:

If you want to build your own form from the beginning:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Image element on the left side of your screen to upload an image to your form.
2. Now, add a Long Text element to enter a description for your product.
3. Click on the gear icon on the right side of the Long Text element, then, click on the Advanced tab.
4. Enter the product description in the Default Value field, and enable the Read Only option.

Or, you can use Jotform's Menu Creator App, it's really easy to use.
1. Click on the orange Create Your Menu Now button, then, select the menu type that is convenient for you.
2. Customize it as you want and click on the Publish button on the purple navigation bar to share it.

If you want to proceed without using an App, but with a classic form, you can use Food & Beverage Order Templates too.
1. Select the menu type that is convenient for you.
2. Customize it as you want and click on the Publish button on the orange navigation bar to share it.
