Need help tracking forms

Hi there

I have the login details for the ‘penrhoscollege’ (username) account. However, I have come across two jotform forms that don’t seem to exist in the penrhoscollege account and that we would like to access. 

Can you please provide me with information to help me retrieve the account details that the following forms sit in? For example, if there is another account, maybe you could give me the Penrhos email address it is associated with?
