Can I get an updated tutorial for the guide on this link? I used this guide to help me create a check- in kiosk for an event last year and it worked perfectly. I tried to follow the steps and I am not receiving the same results.

When employees receive the form, they are asked to input:

    • Employee Name

    • Email

    • If they are attending

    • Guest attendance

    • & guest name, if they are bringing a guest

If they select the option NO for the attending portion, I created a condition to have the guest attendance and guest name to hide.

If they select YES as an option when asked if they are attending, it requires the field "GUEST ATTENDANCE," which triggers the QR code to generate and "GUEST NAME".

The information I want to show on the QR code value is

    • Employee Name
    • Guest Attendance
    • Guest Name (if they selected the option YES for GUEST ATTENDANCE)

    Hi Jae,

I understand that you want to show employee name, guest attendance and guest name in your Check In form when you read the QR code. If that's not what you want, please tell us more about your ticket. First we need to make some changes in your Greatest Place to Work Form. Doing that is easy let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element+, select Widgets and drag and drop Form Calculation widget to your form. Don't forget to hide the field.

    2. In the tab opens, set the widget settings as you see below and click on Save. Keep in mind that you need to click on the added fields to make them strings (gray).

    3. Then click on the Dynamic QR Widget in your form and click on the Wand icon next to it

    4. Change the Field Label to Encode, to QR VALUE and click on Update Widget. QR code check in Image 3 Screenshot 92

Now let's set the conditions needed.

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Qr Value field and click on Conditional Branch icon next to it.

    2. Hover your mouse over to condition and click on the Edit icon. QR code check in Image 4 Screenshot 103

    3. Set the condition again as you see below and click on Save.

Now, when you upload the submissions' Excel File to Spreadsheet to Form widget in your Check In form, the end result should look like this:

That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

    Hi Connor!

It worked perfectly when I tested the check in form, thank you! Can you please guide me on how to set it to where the employee does not get a QR code when they choose "NO" when asked if they will be attending?

    Hello jmantanona2833,

To achieve this, we can set up another Autoresponder Email and add a Change Email Recipient condition. Let me show you how:

Let's set up another autoresponder email first:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add Email and select Autoresponder Email.
