How do I change the Sign Document to a regular form?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to change or convert a signed document to a regular form. But if you still have the PDF document that you used to create the signed document, you may want to use the Smart PDF option. Let me show you how:

1. Click the Create Form button on your My Forms page. 

2. Choose Import Form and then Import PDF Form.

3. Now, upload your PDF file.

4. Add the necessary fields and customize them using the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.

Sometimes, the fields that are automatically created in the PDF file will be in the wrong place. If that happens, you'll have to move and resize the fields. Check out the screencast below to see how to do that: 

5. Finally, click on the Wand icon below the Adobe Sign Widget to open Widget Settings.

6. Now, in the Adobe Sign section, on the right side of the page, click on Authenticate to authorize the widget.
