PayPal business: Unable to submit a form.

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid. Can you try to test your form again? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Waqas,

    I can't share a screen recording as I'm not the one trying to submit the form, however I have had multiple emails from customers advising that the forms aren't able to be submitted once they get to the payment section. Below is one screenshot I have received. They tried both Paypal and Credit Card and neither worked.

    Can you try to share mobile details such as the phone's OS version, brand and make, and mobile app version? Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Again, it is not my phone so I do not have any of this information. When a customer is already frustrated that what should be a simple process is not working I'm not about to bother them for these details. What worries me is how many potential customers have had the same issue and just given up and not bothered to contact me at all.

    Can you try to check if they filled all required fields on your form?
