Will Jotform ever automatically delete or clear our files/submissions after a certain amount of time?

Hello!

Will Jotform ever automatically delete or clear our files/submissions after a certain amount of time? Or, will we ever run out of storage and be unable to receive more submissions? Not necessarily that we will run out of the number of submissions we can have—but will we run out of storage.

Hi Kara,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform will not automatically delete or clear your file/submission. You may run out of storage if your Upload Space have exceeded your allocated limit, and your form may show over quota error if you have exceeded your Monthly Submission limit. However, you can lower your Upload Space by deleting unused file, while your Monthly Submission limit will be reset each cycle.
