Issue with edits not reflecting on the embedded form

I added a phone number line to my form - it's there on the jotform site, but not on my website. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and can see the Phone number field.

Can I ask for the link to the web page where the form is embedded? Can you try removing the embedded form and embed it again using the iFrame code? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on iFrame.
3. Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
4. That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.
