Where has my payment to a form gone through?

    I paid for an event through Jotform and they never got the payment. However you all took it out of my bank account. How can I get my money back from you.

    Hi Iris,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Note that we do not process payments made to forms created with Jotform. They all go through the Payment integration, if available on the form, and is sent directly to the account owner's payment processor's account.

    If you have questions about the payment made to a form created with Jotform, it is important to get in touch with the form owner to discuss the status of your payment. They would be best equipped to assist you with your question.
