Form Calculation: How to calculate the total of the Scale Rating scores?

I am creating a form to rate written reports on 11 dimensions. How can I set up the form to total the 11 scores?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and I can see that you've already added the Form Calculation widget. To get the total of the 11 Scale Rating fields, we just need to add these fields to the calculation and ensure each one is separated by a plus sign (+) in the formula. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click the Wand icon of the Form Calculation widget.
2. In the right panel that opens, you should see the form fields by clicking the Add Field button.
3. Select the 11 Scale Rating fields one by one by clicking them. Ensure that each one is separated by a plus sign (+). This will automatically calculate the total of the ratings given in the 11 fields and display the result in the calculation widget.
4. Click Save.
