    Hi bcihealth,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The link you're trying to embed in your Zoho Dashboard is the link to your form's Table which is currently set to private. You can set the Access Settings of your Jotform Table to Public so anyone can see it. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
    2. Under the embed tab, click on Share Settings and select Public Table, so everyone can access a read-only version of your Table.
    3. Now, use the Generated Link.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hello bcihealth,

I want to make sure I fully understand what you're trying to do. Are you trying to allow your clients to download a specific PDF document, or are you referring to downloading a PDF of the submission data from the table? If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Yes, I am trying to allow my clients to download the PDF's through the reporting table. Am I able to do this?

    Hi bcihealth,

Yes, the user can download PDFs through the embedded table. It's really easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Tables, hover over the submission you want to print and click View.
    2. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Printer icon.
    3. In the window that opens, you can adjust the printing settings. Once you're done, click the Save button at the bottom right corner. That's it.

    Hi bcihealth,

It seems you have added an HTML Table Listing report. I reviewed your account and the Require log-in to see submissions privacy setting is already disabled. If you embed the table on any page, it will not show an unauthorized error. I tested your table report in incognito mode, it does not show any error.

Can you provide the link to the page where you have embedded the report? Do you want users to download the submission PDF from this HTML Table Listing Report or do you want them to download the files that were uploaded on the submission? Unfortunately, the link to download the submission PDF can't be added to the report. Since the report only shows the file column, it appears that you want them to download the files uploaded on submission. To stop our system from asking you to login to see/download your submission attachments, we just need to disable the requirement to Login to View Uploaded Files. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Login to your Jotform account on your Desktop (it's not available yet on the Mobile App).

    2. Click on your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen, and click on it.

    3. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.

    4. Now, go to the Security tab and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files under the Privacy section.
