Managing recurring subscriptions in Jotform

Hi There,

We are considering using Jotform for collecting and managing monthly subscriptions, it looks super simple to set up and start collecting payments. The main thing I need to know is how to see who is subscribed and who is unsubscribed on a monthly basis. Is there somewhere in Jotform that will show the list of current subscribers, and remove anyone that unsubscribes? And how does a customer unsubscribe if they choose to do so?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I checked your form and saw that you have used Square as the payment integration. Viewing the subscribers in the form is easy, you can use the Jotform Table to see all the current subscribers. Let me show you how:

1. In My Forms, click on More on the right side of the form.

2. Click on Submission on the drop-down menu under the Data.

3. In Tables, click on the submission, and you’ll see the payee’s details, including the Transaction ID.

Additionally, both merchants and customers can cancel subscriptions via email now. Jotform sends you and your customer an email about the recurring payment. In the email, there is a link to cancel the subscription. You can also check all the subscribers on your Square Dashboard.
