Point Loma Nazarene University jotform

Hello, my name is Jong Yoon and I work at Point Loma Nazarene University in our Student Development office. For our student leader applications, we have used qualtrics in the past but this year want to try using jotform. Other departments in our school use jotform and it feels more user friendly with our students.

We typically have about 200+ students fill out a job application.

I have a couple of questions:

1) Between Bronze, Silver, Gold, which one should we purchase?

2) Once purchased, using bronze as an example, does monthly submissions refer to 1,000 people being able to fill it out each month or what exactly does monthly submissions mean?

3) We are thinking of starting on the free account and then upgrading as needed. Is the process to upgrade an existing jotform easy?

4) Does jotform have a rep that works with Point Loma Nazerene University?

1.  Between Bronze, Silver, Gold, which one should we purchase?
   A: If you're expecting 200+ submissions monthly, the Bronze plan offers 1000 monthly submissions.
2. Once purchased, using bronze as an example, does monthly submissions refer to 1,000 people being able to fill it out each month or what exactly does monthly submissions mean?
   A: Monthly submissions refers to your form submissions count. The submissions cannot exceed the monthly limit. Please check this guide to know more about usage limits.
3. We are thinking of starting on the free account and then upgrading as needed. Is the process to upgrade an existing jotform easy?
   A: Yes, your account can be upgraded easily by selecting the subscription plan you want to get. We also have a guide for that here.
4.  Does jotform have a rep that works with Point Loma Nazerene University?
