Paypal payment isn't going through

    Regarding the Resale Package Request form. This was working fine until today.

    As of today, customers can fill out the form and the PayPal information; however, after submitting the payment, the customer is taken back to the original payment page on Jotform. Neither the form or the payment submits.

    Please advise how this can be fixed.

    Hi Ruchita,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your form offers PayPal Checkout which directs the user to the PayPal payment page. After successful payment, that's when they'll get the form's Thank You page. If this is not the case, try to disconnect PayPal and then reconnect it again. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Form Builder page, click on the Product List to select, then click on the wand icon on its right.
    2. On the Payment Settings, click on the gear icon at the upper right most corner of the page.
    3. Click on the Connect button to disconnect, and then lick on it again to reconnect.
    4. It will open the PayPal login page, login to your account.
    5. After successful login, go back to your form and then click on the Continue button at the bottom of the PayPal Integration on the right.
