Unable to integrate Square on my donation form

Good Afternoon,

Im reaching out regarding my donation app. Im looking to add square to the donation page to accept donations but when I click connect to square. It constantly say connecting with nothing else happing. is it possible you can help me?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you're integrating your form into your Square account, make sure that the Payment Type is set to Collect Donations. Let me walk you through it:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Add Element in the upper left.
2. Under the Payment tab, select Square and drag it to the form field.
3. Click on the Wand icon.
4. Under the Payment Type, select Collect Donations from the options.
5. Once done, click the Connect button at the top and enter your account details.
6. Click on Save in the bottom right corner once done.
7. Here's the result.
