Hello, I need help getting the form to not allow double booking with a check box form. How can I do this?

    Hi Ashli,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I would suggest you use Gift Registry widget to allow your form user to select 1 slot for each option. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Element.

    2. On the left panel, go to Widgets.

    3. Search for Gift Registry.

    4. Click/Drag to add Gift Registry into the form.

    5. On the right panel, set the number of available slot for each option to 1, which is the number between the curly braces under Items.

    6. Click on Update Widget.

Thank you, this helps. Is there a way to sync the previous submissions from when our customers answered on the regular checkbox list? We had their time selections going to a Google Sheets form and I don't want to get rid of the times already selected.

Also, can I shrink the widget to allow multiple gift registry widgets to fit side by side instead of just one below the other?

    Hi Ashli,

It is not possible to sync the data from one field to another. The only suggestion I can provide is to update the submission data manually. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.

    2. Click on Tables.

    3. In Tables, hover your cursor on the first column and click on the three vertical dots.

    4. Click on Edit Entry.

    5. Select the option on the Gift Registry.

    6. Click on Submit.
