Update account billing email address

Hi, we would like to update the billing email address on our account.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I suggest changing the account email address to which billing is also sent if you have access to the West Medical Jotform account. Let me walk you through it:

1. On the My Forms page, click on your Profile/Avatar in the upper right corner.
2. Click on your Profile name.
3. Under the Email, click on Edit and change the account email address.
4. Once the new email address is entered, click on Save button.
