    I am not getting change from gold account, I am not getting enterprise. That being said I am paying for the gold, so I am entitled for support. Please fix the problem in the system.

    Bummer there is no phone support! I am going to try and explain this as best as I can.

    We do 6-7 events a year where hundreds sometimes thousands of parents of students and leaders are filling out these forms for their churches! A group that is coming to camp will email me and want to know what students have NOT filled out there forms and it takes me hours to go through each group and let them know what forms I do not have.

    My question is: Is there any way I can make "mini" accounts that have very limited access? Could be several hundred. This way each group leader can manage their own students release form without having to contact me.

    Hi Hannah,

    Please note that our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver and Gold) are individual or single-user plans. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add another user to your account. As a workaround, you can sign up for an Standard Plan account and give access to the group leader using the Form Collaborators feature. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Add Collaborator button on the upper right side of the navigation bar.
    2. Then, click the Copy Link button.

    I need help with manning my account  Image 1 Screenshot 20 Please note that the Collaboration link expires after 72 hour. You will need to refresh the link and generate a new one.

    Also, If the previous workaround can't do much for the group leaders to manage their students you can ask them to sign up form a Starter Plan Account and share them the Form URL so then can manage the submission from their students. They can use this link to sign up.

    Hello!

    There is no way to be able to schedule a zoom or phone call to see what this would look like for out group?

    I don't feel comfortable making a decision like this without discussing this with someone from the JotForm team. This would be something very new for all of our attendees. I need to make sure this is the right move before we commit.

    If I can't schedule a call, I am looking switch providers to find someone who can better fit our needs and has more options for customer service.

    I’m a new user and want upgrade to the premium plan, but I’m not seeing the features I should have access to. Since I’m paying for this service, I believe I’m entitled to support.
