Can't find the Form to add in the app

okay so I've made a form with my products now ready to embed but when I go into the app builder and try adding the form my form is not showing up in the list of forms to choose from.

so I can't put the whole form on the page? it has to open as a button first ?

prob can only have a form once on the app?

Upon checking, it seems all the buttons are pointing on the same form. Is that what you are referring to? If so, you can update the form that is linked to the buttons, Here's how:

1. Select a button, and click the Gear icon.
2. Scroll down and find the Form, then click the Change Form button.
3. From the pop-up, find the Form you want to link to the button.
