Can I add a link on the form to redirect customers to my Nutritional information?

Can I put a link on the order form to take customers to the nutritional information of the products listed on the form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can add a link to an external page/website on the Thank you page. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
3. Now, enter the text to be hyperlinked, select it, and click on the Insert Link icon in the toolbar.
4. Enter a URL to redirect people to another website when they click on the text, then click on OK to save. That’s it.

Ok, so I edited the subheading text on the form and put a statement in it to go to www.bec-foods.com to find the nutrition information, how can I make that (www.bec-foods.com) an active link to that web page?

Can it only be done from the thank you page? I would like it to be active from the subheading text line so they can go to the link from the top of the form.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a link in the subheader. As a workaround, you can add the paragraph field to add a link. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page and drag-drop a Paragraph field onto your form.
2. Click on the Edit icon on the right side of the Paragraph field.
3. In the Paragraph field toolbar, click on the Attachment icon.
4. Add your text and your URL to your website.
