Unable to download submissions as PDF

I have been trying to download to PDF and they are not coming over.

I click to download to PDF and get the usual message that the files are downloading, and I will get an email when the download is complete.

Nothing happens.

I click to download again and get a message that 1% is downloaded and I will get an email when download is complete.

Nothing happens.

This needs to be resolved immediately, as this function is primary to my job, and I am on a short deadline to complete my work this week!!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Before we escalate this to our developers. Can you share your form URL? Can you share the screenshot of Console Report from the page when you're downloading the submissions? 

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with this.

We have checked your email logs, and we can see that the PDF download links were sent from noreply@jotform.com to relocation@tql.com. Can you try downloading a few submissions as PDF, to see if you experience the same issue? Large number of submissions would take some time for the link to be ready and sent.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

We were finally able to get the PDFs to download yesterday afternoon.
