How i Can fix my account suspend

    Dear Customer Jotform,

    My account has suspend without any confirmation.

    i can't open my forms, please re-active again mw account so, i can use that for my school project.

    Hi Ramsey, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Registration Form that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

     If you believe that your account was suspended in error and would like to keep the form, we’ll need you to do the following:

    1. Send us the URL where your form is used.
    2. Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    3. Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread# 19086971 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.
