hello,

I had an account either under my personal name (Lora Gullette) or my booster club (Storm Endzone Club). I no longer am able to locate that account within the site. Can you assist me with finding this so that I don't have to re-develop my forms in that account?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can't locate an account using a name. Please share all the email addresses you own and we can confirm which email is linked to an account. You can also share a link to your form so we can locate the account of the form owner using it.
