Suspended account

    Hi,


    This is my first time using my account and I was sending out forms for my client. BUt when I went back into my account is says account suspended. Please advise.

    Hi Natasha, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Limitless Tresjures - CC AUTHORIZATION FORM that was flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    We need to delete the offending fields to reactivate your account. You also need changing your account email address to a corporate one to avoid getting suspended in the future. Once you agree with this, we will remove the offending fields and reactivate the account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
