Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please share with us the email address or username associated with your Jotform account? The email address: chris@auclair1.com is associated with a guest account which is a temporary account. You can register your guest account using the same email address, which will be converted into a free account in our starter plan. You can't reset the password for the guest account.
