Good afternoon support team.
My name is Jack and I'm a web developer from Core Systems. Can you please unblock our account from failing so many attempts? We used an old email address to log into the account. I changed to the new one around 6 month ago. Please get back to me ASAP.

Hi Jack,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've successfully flushed the login attempts for your account. Please try to log in once again. If the same error remains, I would suggest resetting your password. You can follow the guide below on how to reset your password:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
